When Was the Last Time You Sharpened Your Syntax?
The whole self-awareness game seems to advance in spurts. We become aware of new insights, perhaps due to a life change, a provocative conversation, or perhaps an intentional self-assessment, such as learning what your Myers-Briggs or Enneagram type is, and what that means. (Don’t worry, if you haven’t heard of those, there are as many personality assessments as there are personalities. Or almost. You’ve probably run across a few of them.)
In any moment of awakening, we have new perceptions, new opportunities, and maybe a rush of energy. Those are the moments when we can reshape anything from our identity to a small habit change. These are times we get to sharpen our personal syntax.
For you, maybe it’s listening more. Or maybe speaking up more. Or both, with a clear sense of your goal, what that will get you, and how you will know when you get there The Syntax for Change offers multiple pathways to sharpen both focus and flexibility, helping you fine-tune the behavior patterns that will get you there successfully.
The Syntax Messenger shows up from time to time in your inbox, to invite you to be conscious of your competence, your intentions, and how you will shape your next steps.
Of course, if it doesn’t serve you now, you can unsubscribe at any time.
